My favorite holidays are Back to School season and September Sweeps... I'm not a very festive person. But this year, I'm making more of an effort to celebrate Christmas and I decorated my house a bit :) It's been about 5 years since I decorated, and I now have a small tree, huge pointsetta, a pinecone candle and two wreaths.... plus my childhood stocking that my Mom cross-stitched and sewed when I was little :)
Above, you can see Lola and her pink hippo... this is the only toy she's ever been tender with. Everything else she rips to pieces, so I call this one her baby. I say, "where's your baby" and she prances like a deer to find it and gently brings it to me :) Lola is my sweet baby, I love her so much :)
