A Little About Me
I'm an Alaskan Girl transplanted in western Washington. I just got married to my favorite of all human beings and am living the dream in a tiny house in Tacoma. I enjoy Winnebago's, avocados, street style, polaroids, bikes, driving, rum, solitude, blogging, free things, taking pictures, making things, warm spaces, and art... to begin with.
My Design Style
My favorite websites evoke a sense of personality and have an immediate visual impact. I love when blogs incorporate hand-drawn elements and texture, giving them a unique feel. I believe that great design can be one of the most powerful tool you can have to reach people and draw them in.
My aesthetic is a little bit kitschy with lots of vintage inspiration. I adore the 70's, mixing prints and bold typography. I also love creating softer and more comfortable designs incorporating hand drawn pieces and other textures. My favorite thing about design work is creating a full branding for someone-- learning about them and what they are like so I can design a complete package they'll love!
